Id, Ego, Superego - Comic 8 - The Block, part 1
Wednesday, July 26th, 2006

Okay, so I promised to put these up like a month ago, and then the memorystick with all my photos said that it erased itself… , With the help of a little program called Camera Salvage, I was able to pull these off of my camera. I can’t say enough good things about this program. It was a 40 dollar shareware program that allowed me to recover every single piece of data that my computer thought was lost from the memory card. I got all the pics of my birthday party back, all the pics of my cat Nelson that I had taken the day before he died. EVERYTHING. So, anyway, without further ado, here are some pics from the party, a month late, but hey, better late than never, right? Sorry this took me so long, guys.

this one obviously was not taken by me. It was taken by matt vanston, voice of le concombre in the animations.

This was a shot of my basement. Notice how everyone is playing a different video game. You can’t see it, but someone is even playing earthbound zero on my mac, and named all of their characters after russian dictators. When you see Stalin fighting a rogue hippie, you know your life is complete.

This is Joelle (Yusei) from Pittsburgh. She came in just for Super Present Day. I’m very interested though, in what is going on in the background of this photograph…

This is the eagle painting at adventure games. Watch as it attacks Larry, Dan and Joelle. I don’t think that Rock Lee pillow is going to protect anyone from it’s wrath, unfortunately.
Anyway, that is all. I hope you enjoyed them, and once again, sorry that it took me so very long.
I was flipping through a sketchbook that I was drawing in when I was working on the Sword That Cuts Things 4. This comic was scrawled on one of the pages and I chuckled when I saw it.

The text, if you can’t read my horrible writing says:
Eve: Here’s our baby.
Albonshasta: What in blue blazes? A baby just came out of you!
I seriously cannot wait! This is seriously one of my favorite movies of all time! I mean, in what other movie can you see a kid named lucas refer to the powerglove as “so bad” … and it’s also got Jenny Lewis from Rilo Kiley in it. Enough said. ^_^

Oh, and it’s also one month till snakes on a plane.
